Alexis first joined Woofability two years ago as an Enrichment Counsellor. After taking time away to pursue her studies, she returned to take on a key role in creating the engaging reels and stories you see on our social media.

Now, Alexis has stepped into a new chapter as a Service Dog Training Apprentice. She brings a keen passion for both guide dog work and psychiatric service dogs, and is currently in the process of training her own service dog. Her interest in dog training began early, attending courses with her mother and offering dog-sitting support for family and friends.

Before joining Woofability, Alexis worked alongside her mother at an animal hospital, where she gained hands-on experience in kennel care, grooming, and medical administration.

Outside of work, Alexis is an avid artist and gamer, and enjoys staying active through the gym, balancing creativity, movement, and a love for animals in everything she does.
